Okay, guys, I found the answer : It's the Murmansk, a Sverdlov Class cruiser (a class who replaced the Chapaev, after WW2), according to this article here :

"Murmansk -named after the city of Murmansk was launched 24 April 1955 and completed 22 eptember 1955, On her way to India for scrapping she ran aground december 1994 at Hasvik, Norway"
