Just done more digging on the site referred to in the previous item:


[members.ziggo.nl]

By clicking on SLAMAT on the side menu you get access to details etc of the Dutch ship SLAMAT.

On that page you get two sub-menus for a SPEECH which the original inquirer refers,which mentions her relative, and the other details of OPERATION DEMON which involved the evacuation from Greece.

H M Ships Calcutts, Diamond, Hotspur etc are mentioned.

Some of this I had previously overlooked.
