Convoys CU.1and UC.1

Several sources of literature indicate that the escorts of convoy UC.1 and return convoy CU.1 were HMS EXE, HMS FOLKESTONE, HMS GORLESTON, HMS NESS, HMS WESTON from 44th Escort Group. This information is also duplicated by uboat.net in the Tom Linclau development of the Convoy Battles series.
However, one source, that is the book by J. Rohwer: "Crisis in the North Atlantic, March 1943", page 45 clearly states that the convoys were escorted by the 42nd Escort Group with the same composition as above, and the 44th Escort Group at that time had a completely different composition.
The decisive factor in resolving this doubt would be to check the numbering and composition of these groups in the Pink Lists from that period. Does anyone have the opportunity to check? Thank you for your help.
