Emergency Repairs Numbers

E.R. numbers were introduced during WW2 to prevent information regarding ships under refit, repair, alteration etc. from becoming public knwoledge. I suppose, E.R. numbers can be found in the in Confidential Admiralty Fleet Orders (CAFO's) held in ADM 182 at Kew and copies of CB 3064 held by Naval Historical Branch. I think, the complete list of E.R. numbers has not yet been published. Can any of the forum members confirm this? Is it possible to compile the list together? I would especially like to ask for help in completing the series of E.R. 7000 for work performed by Cammell Laird, Birkenhead.
