Yes, James Seckar has to be credited to UC63, Oblt z.S. Karsten von Heydebreck, on 25.9.1917. That day, UC63 was in her 8th war patrol when she first shot a torpedo against french steamer DINORAH who remained helpless after this hit. Then, came to rescue the trawler JS who was also hit by a torpedo from the same submarine. After the JS had sunk, UC63 achieved the steamer with gunfire. UC63 was to be sunk a few weeks later.
