Si he bien entendido, tu pregunta trata de una de las islas Canarias, la isla del Hierro. De mi lado no me recuerdo de ninguna informacion sobre esos dos marineros. Pero que quieren decir los numeros 294 y 295 ?
Lo que se es que varios gran submarinos de la U-Kreuzer flottilla han operado a lo largo de las Canarias. Que dice este corte de periodico ? Hay fechas ?

For our mates who don't read spanish :
España is seeking information about 2 seamen (n° 294 - 295 ? no idea of what mean those numbers)who were turned to the local police in isla del Hiero, Canarias and he wonders if they could have belonged to a German submarine. At this stage I have no idea of the circumstances which could have led to making a couple of PoW in that area. He states that the information is extracted from a newspaper's cut dated January 1918. Anybody can help ?</HTML>
