You can't get a complete work about sinkings by submarines in WWI worldwide.

You must buy or lend the losses of each country involved in the war, if one was printed, then you must study the war diaries of the submarines, if you can get and (that's important) read them. At least you must study lots of private sources and all the secondary literature published in the last 85 years. After this sudies you'll have about 90% of the truth...

I don't need to tell you, that's very expensive in time and money.
