-the one for Karl Neumann commander of UC67 who considered that he had a strict order to sink the Dover Castle. That's why he has to be acquit.

-the other against Dithmar and Bold watch officers of U86.
The court sentenced both because they had to refuse the orders of Patzig because "they saw clearly that the purpose of this order concerned an action of civil or military crime and the killing of defenceless shipwrecked persons is a crime offending particularly the sense of morality."</HTML>
