<HTML>Alex,
UB 106 was lost in a diving accident on March 15, 1918 off Kiel with all hands while preparing for service from Flanders. The Germans raised her three later. They then overhauled the boat and assigned her to the U-Schule (she was recommissioned).
Like virtually all U-boats, UB 106 was surrendered after the Armistice. She, with a number of other boats, went aground in 1921 in a storm near Falmouth and was broken up in situ over a period of many years.
Best wishes,
Michael</HTML>
