A programme on BBC1 this evening stated that both wrecks had been found in the North Sea by UK divers. The former is in about 200 metres of water and both are about 20 miles from where the offical records show them to have been sunk.

A total of (about?)58 men died on these two boats and their exact locations are being kept secret due to the fact that they are War Graves and to avoid the wrecks being looted.

The programme also showed the divers visiting the
U-bootarchiv in Cuxhaven and Horst Bredow being informed.

I only changed channels as the article was being broadcast so was not able to tape it.

Hope this is of interest
