U-31 Type Technical specifications

The overall length of this boat is shown as 64.70 metres, what does 52.36ph indicate.
I am trying to redraw the U-31 plans so as they more accurately represent the U-35 on the 21st June 1916. At this time she had raised Gun Decks fwd and aft and was fitted with a single 8.8cm Gun.
