British Merchant Marine vessel "Argyll".

I have exhausted all my efforts to find this vessel to include WW1 "Janes Fighting Ships", the "British registry of ships sunk by submarine", "WW1 uboat.net", etc with no success.
I must be using the wrong techniques and request some help from anyone who can clue me in on how to do this search.

Their was another "Argyll" but it ran aground in 1915 and was destroyed.
