Are you related to men who served with Flanders Flotilla at Zeebrugge 1914-1918?

I have nearly completed a book on the Zeebrugge and Ostend Raids which took place in April 1918 and May 1918. I have written a section on the submarines and torpedo boats from the Flanders Flotilla based at Zeebrugge during World War One. I would be very interested to include the personal stories of some of sailors from the Flanders Flotilla who were based at Zeebrugge.

I would also be interested to make contact with any relative of any German personnel who took part in defending Zeebrugge and Ostend during the raids.
