Incident in Biscaya's Gulf January, 1917

I am looking for information on an incident in the first world war. It happened on January 17, 1917 in Biscaya's Gulf. It(he,she) involved to 4 submarines and to it(he) her(it) is born WISHED. Can Alguién me contribute some information? Thank you. Gustavo
