Hello. I'm trying to understand a document now in my possession. It is a set of 12 vintage photographs (pre WW2) of the Kriegstachbuch of the S.M.U.-Boot U 20, (commanded by Kapitanleutnant Schwieger)for 30 April 1915 through May 13, 1915, containing much action including the sinking of the Lusitania. The photographic sheets are 12.5 x 8 inches and typed in the original; the photographs seem to be annotated in pencil and pen, especially concerning the Lusitania. My question is whether or not these Kriegstagebuchs survived the war (in general), and if so, have they been transcribed? Apologies for such a basic question, but I'm out of my league in these waters. Best, John Ptak
