informations re. minelaying in the German Bight by surface ships might also be held at the National Archives at Kew, London:

I had seen this documents years ago and it was "not usefull" for me, but at that time I was searching for informations on british SUBMARINE minelaying!
As far as I can remember this document covers the SURFACE minelaying operations and it also might be an copy of Leith's work, but I'm not 100% sure !?
