Born 24.6.1889 Crew 4.09. Oblt.z.S. 2.5.15(cool smiley [The (cool smiley indicates he was the third officer on that date to be promoted after Hans-Heinrich Schlawe and Hans-Albrecht Müller (A)]

Awarded the plm as commander of UC 57 on 24.4.18. I don't know what other awards he may have received from smaller German kingdoms and principalities.
