Hi all,
I was hoping someone on here might have a little information (or guidance on where to get information) on two issues:
The SS Vedamore, sunk subsequent to an attack by U-85, was said to have had survivors picked up by the S.S. Wryvesbrook. I have not been unable to find even a scrap about the Wryvesbrook; anytyhing you might be willing to share (including advice) would be a great help.
The second issue surrounds the attack on the SS Cliftonian by U-85, which was sunk near a place called Gaunt's Rock...where is this? I cannot find it on any modern map (that I have access to, anyway).
Thanks,
-Daniel
