Just thought you guys may want to know I am John Bells Great grandson, I have many happy memories of storys about my Great Grandfather told by my Grandmother who was very proud of her father. I am pleased to have a plate from thordis and also have John Bells Extra Masters Ticket and his telescope. He was a great family man and was much loved by his family. The friends of Redcar cemetry recently refurbished his grave and I was pleased to attend a service held by then including a guard of honer.Many thanks to them from Johns family.My side of the family where saddend by the sale of his DSC but it was not offered to us.
