Pierre,

The April 28th attack is particularly serious and U 108 is lucky to have survived -- she hit the bottom at 100 meters and was brought back to the surface only with the use of compressed air.The boat's underwater handling characterists were in any case marginal at deeper deaths.

Will check her KTB for April 23, 1918.
