Please can you assist in our search for information into the Submarine UB38 (Type II).
Next month we have been contracted to assist in the relocation of the UB38 from its present position South of Dover UK to a deeper location approximately 2 miles away. This will entail lifting the wreck of the UB38 3m off the seabed and towing it to a deeper location away from the main shipping channel.
We are mainly looking for the plans and photos of the UB38 to enable us to produce a 3D model drawing to enable our dive team to understand the present position of the wreck and locations for positioning the salvage equipment.
I look forward to hearing from you or of any contacts you may have which maybe able to assist.
