ww1 mine found on coast of new zealand S.M.S. Wolf

A mine has been found washed up on the northern coast of New Zealands South Island,SMS Wolf laid mines around NZ,off the north & south islands.
Photos were shown on TVNZ morning news Friday 19 th Dec 08, the mine was heavly
corroded and tangled in drift wood.The Army & Navy explosive experts have decided
to detonate the mine in case it is still live.
