Hi mates,
I have another one. On 18.06.1918 S.M. UC 40 claimed to have sunk a steamer which was in a convoy of abt. 20 ships. The attack took place off Coquet at noon on 18.06.1918. The convoy was heading 175°. Any idea abt. the identity of the steanmer?
Best wishes,
Simon S.
