After the war there were a great many uboats of all types in various stages of construction in
dry docks and that were launched but NOT completed and NOT commissioned by the Imperial German Navy.

Only boats that were commissioned into the Kaiserliche Marine are listed in uboat.net.

If I'm wrong (wouldn't be the first time or the last) someone more knowledgeable
will correct.
