Belgian 3 mast-schooner VILLE D'OSTENDE

Hello,

The Belgian 3 mast-schooner (358 / 229 tons - built in Belgium in 1881), called VILLE D’OSTENDE… « should have been » towed away from the port of Ostend (Belgium), on the 28 of December 1916, by the German tug-boot WILHELM and bound to Hamburg / Bremen.
Up to now I didn’t found any official evidences of this event.

Does anybody can help me in this matter ?
