Hello guys, need your help

From Room 40: German Naval Warfare 1914-1918 Hans Joachim Koerver

"17th Jan. to 4th Feb. 1918. Sailing from Cattaro, damaged SS Hampstead (does
not appear in Lloyds as damaged) on 18th Jan. Between 24 and 26 Jan. laid mines off Bizerta.
On 26th Jan. sank a Greek steamer by torpedo and was attacked by coast batteries.
She sank one other steamship and 2 sailing vessels on 31st Jan...."

"On 10th Oct.'18 damaged by torpedo French battleship VOLTAIRE." p254-255

What do you guys think? I don't know what to think!
