MINHO was a wooden schooner with three masts, built in Harwich, England, in the yard of John H. Vaux, during the year 1887. She was baptized with the name "Jubilee" and registered at the port of Harwich with the Official No. 91,329.
In 1910 she was sold and became Anthony Julius.
In 1916 the ship was again put up for sale, being acquired by the company J. Mourao & C ª., Also Oporto, which keeps the captaincy lugger enrolled in the Douro, without changing the characteristics and renamed MINHO.
