Uboat.net's World War I patrol information was generated years ago based upon Spindler's official history before we had access to most U-boat KTBs. The limitation with Spindler is that it only includes patrols primarily aimed at merchant shipping. (A lot of the earlier patrols were in support of teh High Seas Fleet and targeted British warships.) I have U 52's KTB, and have these dates for her patrols:
#1 11-May-16 to 16-May-16 -- Hornsriff
#2 17-May-16 to 3-Jun-16 -- North Sea
#3 4-Jul-16 to 13-Jul-16 -- North Sea
#4 17-Aug-16 to 22-Aug-16 -- North Sea
#5 17-Sep-16 to 18-Sep-16 -- North Sea, operation called off
#6 20-Sep-16 to 29-Sep-16 -- Shetlands and Orkneys
#7 15-Nov-16 to 24-Dec-16 -- transfer trip to Cattaro
#8 16-Mar-17 to 27-Apr-17 -- return to Germany
#9 1-Jul-17 to 19-Jul-17 --- Shetlands and E of Shetlands
#10 16-Aug-17 to 15-Sep-17 -- Bay of Biscay and West English Channel via Scotland
#11 30-Jul-18 to 27-Aug-18 -- N and NW of Ireland and Irish Sea via Scotland
