Belgian packet boat Princesse Elizabeth (1905-1931) – crew members

Hello,
In 1914, when the Belgian territory was overwhelmed, the packet boats / ferries Ostend-Dover evacuated a large number of civilians to England.
Thereafter they were requisitioned and / or transferred to the Admiralty, and converted into hospital ships or used for troop transport … with still Belgian crews on board.

My question : Where could I found (Belgian) crew-lists of the packet boat Princesse Elizabeth in the years 1914-1918 ?
Ship not to be confuse with the (French) Princess Elizabeth (1926-1927) – Dunkirk

And in particular a personal file and/or more info about a relative of mine named : Urbain Emile RACKELBOOM (°28.12.1890) who, on January 22nd 1914, received from the British authorities, the certificate # 102347, which authorized him to wear an Admiralty war service badge and (…)

And on the 12.08.1918, he married Louise (Ludovica) Maria SIMON in the District of Elham – County of Kent,
