Good morning all.
Continueing my research on the sinking of SS White Head by UC74 on 15th October 1917 off Suda Bay. Came across a photo/postcard of UC-74 taken in 1919/1920 flying French colours. UC74 was interned in Barcelona and surrendered to France in 1918. It was broken up at Toulon in July 1921. So the date on the postcard match up. Can someone have a look at the photo-postcard and confirm that it is actually UC74 as I do not have any knowledge on WW1 u-boat design and shapes. Can email the photo to anyone who wishes to have a look.
Thanks as always.
Regards.
John.
