Führungsbuch U-Boot for trade or sale

I am offering a unique document, a so called Führungsbuch. This type of document is similar to a Wehrpass, containing personal data, a photo, awards, actions, units, etc. The interesting thing is that each unit could leave feedback in this book, judging him on leadership, efforts, caracter, and would judge if he could grow into a higher rank. The book is A5 size and has a hard back.
This particular book was from Fritz Karger. The first Beforderung was to Signalgasten on 25.12.1939, the last one to Obersteuermann on 1.11.1944.
His awards were the EK 2, the U-Bootabzeichen, and the Minensuchabzeichen, which is called the Vorpostenabzeichen in the book. He received both the EK and U-Bootabzeichen on 26.3.1945, after his patrol with U-1104.
Several smaller papers, glued into the book, testify of several courses and healthresearches. One of them states that he is U-Boots tauglich, also could serve on a submarine.
Then, all the units in which he served and judged him, which is written on 2 pages of the book pro unit. On the right side is a signature of the CO:

Then follow some pages with again glued in: Obersteuermannnzeugnis, Steuermannsmaatenzeugnis, both twice, stamped and signed. The last page is a testemony of the SchiffartilerieSchule, mentioning that he was educated on the 8,8 SK C 35 in U-Bootslafette, 10,5 Utoflak, 10,5 SKC/32, 10,5 U-Bootslafette, again signed by several high-ranking officers.
With the book come some xeroxes of the U-Bootarchive, one paper mentioning Karger als Obersteuerleute, one other, is a 18 pages long description by a crewmember telling the events on the first patrol, when U-1104 fired a torpedo at a vessel. It had however no succes. U-1104 met his final fate in deadlight.
Well, all in all this is quite an informative and interesting document. The book is in good condition, but one can of course see it was not printed yesterday. There are a few pages loose.
I am willing to sell this item, but am also interested in documents or photos relating to E-boats, perhaps we can (partly) trade. It is possible to send some scans, but need some time to make scans then. Drop me a line when interested!
