correction on Herr Topp

<HTML>I now understand from a good friend that Herr Topp did in fact correspond on this U-boat Forum this past summer. He did it indirectly thru a close friend, who typed posts for him, which had slipped his mind at the time later on during my visit. So these entries were all accurate afterall.

My apologies for stating there was likely an imposter posting mailings in Herr Topp\'s name.

I was wrong!
