Went to watch the parade here in this small Oxfordshire village I live in.
Have to admit that the sight of the old guard marching, in wheelchairs and all of them proud as hell, made me get a catch in my throat. As a veteran myself - but still too 'young' to march here ( my choice ) - it's always quite a sight. I know my home town in Wales will be doing the memory proud.
We should never forget.
