<HTML>I believe German Memorial Day is customarily held sometime in November. Call the Ft. Devens Public Affairs Office or the custodian of the cemetery to see when they will hold the service.

Here, the German Village restaurant has flyers that announce the event beforehand. I missed it last year as I was in Germany visiting.

(It would be interesting to meet the driver of the SUV and see what his connection to U-boats might be!) :)</HTML>
