<HTML>Hi all
"Japanese submarine I-29 is ready to receive several rubber boats from U-180
during the meeting hold off Madagascar in April 1943.
The main passenger of U-180 was Subhas Chandar Bose, a violent anti-British Indian nationalist, who came from Germany.
Bose planned to build up an army with Indian war prisoners in Japan, and to attack
the colonial British Forces at Burma and other places.
The plan tragically failed, and Bose died in an aircraft accident in 1945."
