Your problem may be easily overcome. For this purpose it is necessary to take advantage proxy server which is located in the really free and democratic country. Such country is for example modern Russia. :-))

If you use <em>Internet Explorer</em> open a window Service - > Property - > Connect - > Settings (if I was not mistaken) you should open a window where there are settings of proxy server. Fill box as shown in figure below<br>.

Address: proxy1.free.net
Port: 3128

If you will not manage to be connected to this proxy server, <em>Internet Explorer</em> will not work. In this case disconnect proxy server. For this purpose remove a mark in a window "Use proxy server". Inform me please. I shall try to find for you other address.

When you are connected to Russian proxy server you will find out, that for you there are no any restrictions in the Internet.</HTML>
