<br> In the upper blue field - emblem of unit and the emblem of Black Sea fleet.
<br> In by right black field is the part of the official ensign of the Commander of the Navy. In the left purple field black straight cross in the silver framing with the Latin inscription "Aviso Hella".
<br> Gold shield with the relief inscription Angara marries "panel".
<br> Above black currency tape, framed by Andreevsky and Soviet flags.
<br> panel is established on the of Hall anchor and is decorated with the symmetrically cut silver wave.
<br> Motto: "Honor! Reliability!"</p>
<p align="center"><strong> Symbolism.</strong></p>
<ul>
<li> The German form of panel and the image of the part of the flag of German Navy with the inscription "Aviso Hella" reflect ship history, built on the shipyards of Germany and been with the command ship of the commander of Kriegsmarine Admiral Dönitz. In 1945 as the reparation the ship was transmitted to the USSR, she was included in the composition of Black Sea fleet. She was the command ship of the Commander of the Black Sea fleet, which is reflected in the coat of arms by official flag and by emblem of Black Sea fleet.

<li> The wave cut symbolizes belonging with the above-water forces.
</font><font face="Times New Roman" size="2"></li>
<li> Aboard this ship in their time there are Hitler and Stalin.

<br><font face="Times New Roman" size="2"> Coat of arms is affirmed by the Commanding Black Sea fleet on 1994 and is registered in the heraldic board Black Sea fleet under number 16.</font>
