Folks, Jak Showell has mentioned in at least two of his books that Germans sometimes used the fly ash and slag of coal fired powerplants in comcrete when there was no sand available and that this concrete proved to be very strong quality, stronger and more ductile than normal concrete. Any further info? Has this method been used after the war?
