<HTML>I ran a quick search, and believe this is the same ship -
[www.nautiek.nl]
Zwarte See was one of Varangmalm's previous names. This is in Dutch, but it's fairly easy to figure out what it says: year built, tonnage, builders and owners.
I may be wrong, but her other 2 names Oued Beht and Hadjipateras also sound Dutch to me, perhaps someone with Dutch sources (like Visje) would be able to help you.
I assume the "follow up info" you're referring to as being in Norwegian is the "Related Link" which is an external, Norwegian website. The word "fylke" simply means 'county' - this particular sailor, who died when Varangmalm struck a mine was from Finnmark county. The text itself says nothing different from what is already in my own text.
