'schiffsartillerie schule'

<HTML>I have been interested in U-boats and have been a reader to uboat.net for a few years. I have now started to collect WW2 memorabilia connected with U boats i.e. decorations, trade badges, etc. I have in my possession a navel head band
with 'schiffsartillerieschule' on it. I have tried to obtain information on the naval head band and have no success. I wonder if anyone out there have any information on the naval artillary school? Is it the school in Kiel? If so would rating or officers attend the school. Would uboat personel go to the school for training?
