<HTML>Well, to be complete (? as always, I'll gladly welcome additions/corrections), they first flood the torpedo tubes

'Rohr eins bis vier bewässern!'
(Flood tube one to four!)

then open the torpedo tube hatches

'Mündungsklappen öffnen!'

then give the target speed, relative course and distance from the U-Boot. In Das Boot they then say 'Lage dauernd folgen!' (keep constant track). I assume that the torpedo room personnel kept on changing the settings on the torpedo, as the target was moving all the time.

then the order to launch was given

'Rohr eins, los!'
(Tube one, launch!)
'Rohr zwei, los!'
(Tube two, launch!)
etc.</HTML>
