<HTML>Good people,

We have a similar game in Cumbria England called \"Uppies & Downies\", a variation is played in several English towns usually at xmas or new year time. The \'game\' involves usually anything from 200 > 5000 people, the objective is to get a large ball from one end of the town or village to another. It can take up to 16 hours to complete it involves aspects of the following games/activities:

Football
Rugby
Aussie rules
Cumberland wrestling
Orienteering

Plus a little from the following movies!:

Mad Max 2
Rollerball
The running man

Fun for all the family !!
