You may be able to purchase a copy of this book in the US by checking the site www.bookfinders.com They show a used copy available.
You can find the costs by typing in either the author or title.
You might also check out the books section of the this site under books available online and if Amazon.com can locate it for you then the uboat net would receive some payment for the purchase.
