Dönitz\' HQ in Paris?

<HTML>Hey everybody!

A friend of mine is going to Paris in a few days and would like to try and visit the Hotel where Dönitz had his HQ. I know I have read the name of the place before, but with nearly 200 books on Uboats, I\'ll be darned if I can remember which one I saw it in! I found the name of the street it was located on in Clay Blair\'s first book, \"The Hunters\". It was Avenue Maréchal Manoury.

Can anyone help with the rest? Does anyone know if it\'s still around today?
