This brass intrument you have, I THINK is a torpedo run/protractor.?
This instrument was used to calculate on a chart a torpedo\'s speed
and distance in hitting an enemy target. This was also to calculate
the settings on the torpedo before it was fired.
That\'s what I THINK it is..?Maybe someone else may help you?
