Excellent history of the war in the Baltic during WW2.I sailed as a member of the US Merchant Marine during the war. In 1946 I sailed from Montreal to Gdynia. The Gneisenau was scuttled near the harbor. Do you have any info regarding the Gneisenau in the Baltic. I may have missed something in your discussion.
