Help to identify Binoculars

<HTML>I\'ve got binoculars (http://www.gaveasky.com.br/binoculars.jpg) that I\'m trying to identify. I\'ve seen a similar picture of Langsdorff\'s (Graf Spee) binoculars in a book.

Left of the Eagle is the letter M and to the right side IV/1.
