Sorry I can’t identify the U-boat but the pictures are great. I am not good at identifying U-boat types but it looks like a Type IX to me. There were several variations of Type IX’s and I can’t tell which one it is. It would appear that the supplies it is loading at the end came from the ship she sunk.

I was hoping to see a conning tower emblem or an emblem somewhere on the crew’s uniforms that I could identify but I didn’t see any.

If you do identify the sub I would be interested to know which one she is.
