Tahoma Star?

<HTML>Dear all, I am trying to find out what happened to a relative of a friend of mine who was torpedoed and drowned during the war. I beleive (this may be incorrect) that this person served aboard a ship called the Tahoma Star and that this ship was sank of the coast of Africa. Any information as to whereabouts and who sank the ship would be most appreciated.
