The U995 is located outside of Kiel in the village of Laboe. Also, across the street from U995 is the Marine Ehrenmal Memorial, which is a very impressive site. Go to the top and you have a marvelous aerial view of U995. Also, just down the road a bit is the U-boat Ehrenmal in Moltenort, which if your trip is U-boat related, is a \"must see\".

I too am planning a May trip to Cuxhaven...perhaps we will meet there. Good Luck and Good Hunting!</HTML>
